Cancellation Policy


Any trip or experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase. Any trip or experience can be cancelled and fully refunded up to 7 full days prior to the start date of the applicable trip or experience. If your trip or experience starts within 7 days and must be cancelled, Simonsays will decide upon an appropriate refund, in its sole discretion. Should any party on a trip be unable to complete the Verified ID process within 7 days of purchase, all portions of the trip will be cancelled and fully refunded for all parties.

Weather: Hosts make every effort to continue, as scheduled, with experiences. Should inclement weather create an unsafe or uncomfortable scenario for guests, a change or partial cancellation of an itinerary or activity may be the result. Should an individual experience be cancelled, and itinerary substantially change or result in a cessation of the trip, Simonsays will provide an appropriate partial refund.
